Sonic Youth
Last night I experienced one of the worst concerts ever! Not due to the performance of the band Sonic Youth who I've been seeing since the late 80's but due to the LA CROWD. THEY Sucked!!!!!!!!!!!
This was the first time I've ever been to a SY concert and didn't dance my bootie off. Not that I didn't try. But was promptly told to sit down by the young affected mod dorks behind me. Not only that but they really needed to TURN IT UP!!!!!!!
I will for ever be know as the girl who wouldn't sit down. Some guy pointed at me on the way out and said it. Then a van/taxi went by as we were walking they stopped dead in their tracks opened the sliding door and said, "Hey it's the girl who wouldn't sit down". My last failed ditch effort at punk rock.
Soooo Sad.......
